This body of work, I refer to as my “drolleries marginalia”.  This term is taken from from grotesques forms found in Illuminated gothic manuscripts, on the periphery of the “Word of God”.

These works are on the boundaries of my more formal artwork and are more personal and intimate through their immediate emotional “rawness” and the autobiographical nature of my blood. They are usually more about me dealing with me , through a generic woman and a generic man, and end up expressing more of a universal neurosis
