Sculptures 2006 - 2010
Sculptures was new for me. It started with a group called “the Shit Sisters”, a small group of bronzes that went strategically placed on the floor, looked like someone had an accident. Eventually, I explored this area and created a shit Ballerina, a shit Buddha, and a shit Goethe, among others. I also decided to try working in wood.
A Munich artist group invited me to do a small show in their show at the Haus der Kunst. I created “Booby Trap”because I am not a great fan of the building, since it is originally associated with pain and wanted to metaphorically blow it up.
